The Emergence is an intimate, sustained form of spiritual counseling and ritual work. Because this container goes deep, I ask all prospective clients to review the information below and complete this intake and informed consent agreement. This helps us discern together whether The Emergence is the right fit and timing for you at this time.

Sacred Guidance & Nature of Service

The Emergence is an intimate, sustained form of spiritual counseling that addresses the energetic and soulful transitions of life. You acknowledge that your practitioner is an ordained spiritual guide and cleric. Although the practitioner has a background in mental health, she is not a licensed medical professional, counselor, or therapist. This partnership remains focused on ritual work, divine discernment, and spiritual alignment, and is not a substitute for clinical psychological or medical treatment.

The Emergence is a transformational, insight-oriented process that may integrate:

  • Somatic awareness
     

  • Spiritual guidance
     

  • Ancestral exploration
     

  • Archetypal and symbolic frameworks
     

  • Ritual and integration practices
     

  • Attachment pattern exploration

​

The Emergence does not include:

​

  • Diagnosis of mental health disorders
     

  • Medication management
     

  • Court-ordered services
     

  • Emergency intervention
     

  • 24/7 emotional support
     

  • Crisis stabilization
     

If clinical care becomes necessary, you may be referred to a licensed mental health provider.

Sanctity of the Vessel & Ethical Standards

This space is intentionally inclusive.

Deep Waters Sanctuary welcomes individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, spiritual paths, races, and cultural identities. This includes members of the LGBTQ+ community, gender-expansive individuals, non-binary clients, and those in kink-affirming or non-traditional relational structures.

This is an affirming, shame-free environment.

You will not be pathologized for your identity, orientation, consensual relational preferences, or spiritual practice.

Respect, confidentiality, and dignity are foundational here.

Information shared within our sessions is held in sacred trust. We commit to maintaining full confidentiality regarding the details of your personal spiritual narrative, except where disclosure is mandated by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm to yourself or others. Our work is grounded in mutual reverence and the preservation of spiritual and physical integrity.

Client Autonomy & Self-Responsibility

The effectiveness of The Emergence depends on your willingness to engage with honesty and presence. You agree to maintain full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional health and choices throughout our time together. If at any time during the mentorship you require higher clinical care, you agree to seek out and coordinate with licensed mental health practitioners as needed.

Ritual Exchange & Reciprocal Commitments

The exchange of energy for these services is governed by professional boundaries and mutual respect for time. Payment is required in full before each session or according to the terms of your specific package. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations; failure to provide this notice may result in the forfeiture of that session. Rescheduling is allowed within the integrity of our agreed-upon schedule.

Acknowledgement of Choice & Consent

By signing and submitting this intake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all sections of this Informed Consent Agreement. You participate in this container of your own free will and understand that while The Energence offers profound support, individual experiences and outcomes vary based on personal work and divine timing. You remain free to conclude this mentorship at any time.
